Our goal is to create long term partnerships with clinics and medical practices, helping them increase revenue through high quality products and seamless service. Job Overview We are looking for an outgoing, driven, and personable sales associate to help expand our network of medical practices. This role involves cold calling provided leads, introducing our product offerings, and securing new ordering accounts. You will focus on relationship-building and account outreach, while our dedicated account managers handle ongoing account management. No prior pharmaceutical sales experience is required, just strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities Engage potential clients through cold calls from provided lead lists Introduce and educate clinics and medical practices on our pharmaceutical products and services Secure new ordering accounts through strong relationship-building Hand off accounts to the account management team after successful onboarding Collaborate with sales managers for continuous training and improvement What We’re Looking For No prior pharmaceutical sales experience required This position is well suited for those starting their career in sales, but we also welcome applicants with prior sales experience Looking for motivated self starters with a high drive to succeed Strong phone presence, confident, persuasive, and engaging Naturally outgoing and relationship-driven Persistent and goal-oriented, comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups Professional and kind, focused on building trust with potential partners Training & Onboarding Leads provided for cold calling no need to generate your own Simple onboarding process, with continuous training led by sales managers Ongoing mentorship to help refine sales skills and maximize earning potential Work Environment Fast-paced, high-volume environment-best suited for candidates comfortable with outbound calling and CRM tools Office is in a central location with free parking Job Type: Full-time Ability to Commute: Jacksonville, FL 32259 Work Location: In office
