Role And Responsibilities Market Mapping & Product Positioning Develop deep understanding of AMETEK Business Unit product portfolios and map product-to-market opportunities across Middle East region (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain) and Turkey. Create and maintain market segmentation maps (industry, applications, key accounts, influencers, procurement channels) Adotion of AI tools in Market research and Analysis Funnel Creation & Opportunity Development Expand revenue in existing markets through funnel mapping, whitespace analysis, and cross-BU solution positioning. Conduct proactive market research to identify new and adjacent opportunities for AMETEK solutions. Drive customer engagement through solution presentations and technical discussions to build a qualified opportunity pipeline. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management Conduct regular customer visits, meetings, and solution briefings to strengthen relationships and accelerate opportunity conversion. Build a high-quality CRM database including accounts, contacts, installed base, opportunity stages, and next actions. Maintain continuous engagement via visits, calls, and email campaigns to improve customer retention and growth. Channel Partner management – identify and nurture new channel partners for required businesses. Regional Marketing Leadership Work with BD Director and Marketing teams to design and execute annual/quarterly regional marketing plans and growth strategies. Lead marketing campaigns including trade shows, tech days, seminars, webinars, and digital marketing activities to enhance brand value and lead generation. Reporting & Governance Prepare structured outputs: market analysis reports, segment presentations, monthly dashboards, tender & leads tracking. Own tender lifecycle management: registrations, compliance, bid coordination, and tracking in collaboration with sales teams. Travel & Field Execution Available to travel 40%–50% across assigned countries for customer visits, marketing events, and partner engagement. Desired Candidate Profile Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to interact effectively in English with foreign colleagues. Good interpersonal skills, team player with a collaborative style. Prior experience in interacting within the middle east business environment. Must be location in Ankara, Turkey region. Able to demonstrate good numeracy and ability to construct complex costing sheets. Ability to interact and communicate with stakeholders across business units Globally. Ability to understand commercial terms and conditions and discuss with customers and BUs contacts. Computer fluent, with specific attention to e-mail and MS Office product skills; CRM tools. Knowledge and ability to adopt AI tools to improve efficiency. Qualification & Experiences Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/Electronics/Systems engineering 10+ years of experience in working in business development, marketing.
