该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1、充分理解所负责的业务的目标和工作场景，理解业务需求。 2、运用专业知识，独立对接业务部门开展人资相关的工作，包括但不限于根据招聘、培训、劳资关系、绩效等人资全流程工作。 3、有效管理人力资源流程，及时高效与业务相关方沟通人资事宜。 4、主导人资相关的人才项目，不断优化人才结构，建立健全梯队建设。 5、参与人资相关的项目，如校园招聘相关的项目。 任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，5年以上人资经验。 2、有大型装备制造业企业人资管工作经验。 3、精通人资各模块业务，特别是招聘、绩效等相关模块。 4、优秀的解决问题能力，沟通能力，组织能力和谈判能力。 5、结果导向，优秀的团队协作者。
