# Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Role: Inpatient RN responsible for assessing, planning, and providing compassionate patient care to ensure safety, satisfaction, and positive outcomes. Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address physical and psychosocial needs, develop and execute care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, participate in evidence-based practice decisions, and promote quality and safety initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing. Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and bedside care skills. Ability to coordinate care and adapt to patient needs. Key Duties: Deliver direct patient care, educate patients and families, participate in unit decision-making, and contribute to safety and quality improvement activities.
