Role Description The Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Kansas City, MO, providing daily support to ensure efficient office operations and high-quality client service. Responsibilities include managing phone calls, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars for team members. The role involves organizing and updating client records, preparing correspondence and documents, and supporting the coordination of meetings and case-related activities. The Administrative Assistant will handle general clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, mail processing, and supply management, while maintaining strict confidentiality and professional communication with clients, families, and healthcare partners. This position works closely with case managers and leadership to support smooth workflow and timely completion of administrative tasks. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support daily operations and leadership needs. Candidates should possess excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to interact professionally with clients, families, and healthcare partners. Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills, including data entry, filing, document preparation, and basic record management. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and calendar applications) and comfort learning new systems. Demonstrated reliability, discretion, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Previous experience in a healthcare, social services, or case management setting is beneficial. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in office administration or a related field is a plus.
