As an Executive Assistant &amp; Special Projects Manager to the Executive Leadership Team(ELT), you will combine executive-level administrative support with strategic projectmanagement to drive alignment, operating rigor, and execution across the enterprise. The ideal candidate acts as a central connector across the ELT—enabling prioritization, drivingoperating cadence, and ensuring key initiatives move forward with clarity and accountability. Ensure alignment across functions on priorities, deliverables, and timelines. Track key initiatives and hold teams accountable to commitments. Lead and execute cross-functional projects, such as organizational transformation and cost optimization initiatives. Build and manage project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communication. Serve as a central coordination point across ELT members and their teams. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality across all interactions. Required Skills: Age 21 or over with a High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid Government-Issued Photo ID. 5–10+ years of experience in executive support, consulting, business operations, or project management. Experience supporting multiple senior executives in a fast-paced environment. Strong business acumen with the ability to understand financial and operational drivers. Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail. Proven ability to manage competing priorities and execute with speed and precision.
