In addition to our Emergency Services, we also provide Design and Build Services, Construction Management, and Preventative/Reactive/Predictive Maintenance Programs.  POSITION OVERVIEW:  The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator / Shop Technician is responsible for warehouse and property organization and upkeep, equipment and material in-flows and out-flows, accurate receiving and verification of materials, mobilization of equipment, and basic equipment troubleshooting and maintenance. The role supports efficient company operations through material handling & disposition, inventory coordination, deliveries, and equipment readiness.    RESPONSIBILITIES:  Receive and label material deliveries and stage them in appropriate areas  Maintain the cleanliness of warehouse, facility, and building grounds  Pick up parts and equipment from suppliers and deliver parts to jobs as necessary  Mobilize equipment and materials for scheduled jobs  Ability to drive trucks and trailers to off-site or customer locations  Accurately confirm materials and equipment against Purchase Orders and Work Orders  Perform basic maintenance on vehicles and equipment  General equipment troubleshooting and repairs  Perform additional duties and responsibilities to facilitate company operation    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:   Education/Experience:     General computer skills and experience  Valid driver's license and clean driving record  Able to lift 50+ pounds    Preferred Qualifications  Forklift experience  Experience using shipping/receiving software  Basic tool and equipment knowledge, use and skills  General mechanical abilities  Auto maintenance mechanic experience  Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment  Verbal and written communication skills  Attention to detail and organization  G.E.
