Careers Business Analyst Intern Product • Istanbul (Hybrid) Internship 6+ months Paynion is a fintech company developing end-to-end software solutions for banks and payment institutions from its R&D center in Istanbul's DigitalPark Technocity. We're looking for a Business Analyst Intern to work on both our client projects and FinansZ, our ERP product with built-in virtual POS and wallet features. What you'll do Analyze and document business requirements for our client projects and FinansZ Prepare process flow diagrams and business analysis documents Communicate requirements to the software team and answer their questions during development Track the progress of work and contribute to backlog and sprint processes Prepare test scenarios, test completed work, and report the issues you find Take part in testing API integrations with banks and payment institutions Investigate the root cause of the issues you find together with the software team What we're looking for Currently enrolled in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related program Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong documentation skills When you find a bug, you want to understand why it happened, not just report it Able to commit at least 30 hours/week for 6+ months Good level of English Nice to have Experience with API testing Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar work tracking tools Interest in payment systems or banking
