# Staff Accountant

Budget Car and Truck Rental of Atlanta

Description The Staff Accountant is responsible for fleet loan reporting, daily fleet sales processing, various month-end duties and general ledger reconciliation in a challenging and fast paced environment. Responsibilities Manage fleet loan portfolio for all entities Post daily receivables related to disposal of fleet vehicles Prepare and submit weekly financial reports Submit monthly journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts Manage weekly / quarterly interest and fee payments Provide analysis and research as requested by management Maintain strong working relationships with bank partners Requirements Minimum Qualifications: College degree in accounting or related field Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy Strong organizational skills Ability to prioritize and multi-task Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills This description is not an all-inclusive description.
