The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Accounting Associate to support our international finance operations. In this role, you will contribute to maintaining financial accuracy, ensuring compliance, and facilitating smooth coordination across all HiCCUP entities worldwide. You will work closely with internal teams as well as external accountants, auditors, and other partners. What You’ll Do ⁠Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations ⁠Manage accounts payable/receivable across multiple countries ⁠Monitor cash flow, track expenses, and maintain accurate financial documentation Support VAT filings and other cross-border tax processes ⁠Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and logistics partners ⁠Contribute to process improvements and the development of automated finance workflows What We’re Looking For Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals High attention to detail and strong follow-through Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel ⁠Experience with accounting tools is a plus ⁠Professional, organized, and confident in external communication (Turkish / English) Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Exposure to multi-country operations, tax frameworks, and cross-border finance ⁠Competitive salary ⁠Opportunity to contribute to the growth of an international fashion brand Close collaboration with experienced founders and operators Significant responsibility and ownership from day one ⁠A fast learning curve and clear opportunities for professional development
