# Customer Experience And Garden Support Specialist

Customer Experience & Garden Support Specialist Plant Knowledge is a Must. Annuals-Perennials-Shrubs Create a friendly and welcoming environment by greeting and offering assistance to customers by phone. You are the voice of Garden Crossings to the customer, ensuring they remain the top priority while balancing tasks and routines. Responsibilities Provide professional and courteous customer service to mail order customers Answer incoming phone calls, chats and assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Resolve customer questions and order issues through effective problem-solving Accurately enter and process customer orders using Shopify Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions in accordance with company policies Assist with approved refunds and replacements Communicate backorders and order updates via email Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions Cross-train and assist in other departments as needed Qualifications Knowledge of plants and gardening is preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Friendly, patient, and professional when working with customers Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs Able to manage multiple tasks while staying organized Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy Dependable with a strong work ethic Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment Previous customer service experience is preferred Comfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft Office Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find practical solutions Able to work independently while also being a team player Willing to learn and adapt as needs change
