The Opportunity As Generalist Recruiter, you'll own hiring across our technical and business teams from our New York City office. You'll work directly with founders and hiring managers on a broad mix of roles: engineers, ML researchers, salespeople, operators. This is a full-time role for someone who thrives on variety, moves fast, and wants to grow with one of the fastest-growing AI infrastructure companies in the country. What You'll Do: • Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and business roles, adjusting your sourcing and screening approach depending on the function • Build candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, outbound outreach, and your own network • Partner with hiring managers across engineering, sales, marketing, finance, and operations to get aligned on what strong looks like for each role • Run phone screens and coordinate interview loops across multiple open roles without dropping the ball • Keep pipeline data clean in Ashby and give hiring managers regular, honest updates on where things stand • Help think through offer strategy and close candidates who have other options • Build out the recruiting process as we scale, not just fill roles You'll Thrive Here If You: • Have 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across both technical and business or GTM functions • Can shift gears between sourcing an engineer one day and closing a sales hire the next without losing momentum • Know enough about technology to have a real conversation with an engineering candidate, even without a technical background yourself • Work well under pressure with a lot going on at once and don't need much hand-holding to figure out what to do next • Keep things organized, follow up when you say you will, and don't let candidates or hiring managers fall through the cracks • Want to actually own something and build, not just execute someone else's process Bonus points if you: • Have recruited across both engineering and GTM or business functions at an early-stage startup • Know LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Gem, or similar tools well • Have a strong network in the New York City market across tech and business • Have navigated competitive offer situations and know how to close • Use data to figure out where your pipeline is breaking and fix it Why Reducto • Impact: Your hires directly shape how the world's best AI companies access and use enterprise data • Speed: We move fast, ship often, and iterate in days, not months • Learning: Work alongside world-class engineers, operators, and founders who care deeply about product, precision, and velocity Benefits • Unlimited PTO, because great work requires recharging. • Daily Lunch, enjoy free lunch with teammates in the office. - $400 a month commuter benefits • Comprehensive Insurance, medical, dental, and vision. • Health and Wellness Budget, up to $150 per month for wellness spending such as gym memberships or fitness classes. • Parental Leave, flexible scheduling that works for you and your family.
