Job Title: Restoration Project Manager Location: Bedford, NH Salary: $70K-$90K + Commission Benefits: Health Insurance + PTO + 401k with Match Requirements: Disaster Restoration/Water Damage Mitigation, Xactimate Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Restoration Project Manager to oversee and coordinate property damage mitigation projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Xactimate and a strong ability to manage time and resources efficiently to ensure timely and effective restoration services for our clients. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all phases of restoration projects including planning, execution, and completion. Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met. Utilize Xactimate software for accurate estimating of projects. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations throughout the project. Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status. Qualifications Proven experience in disaster restoration project management. Proficiency with Xactimate estimating. Experience in water damage mitigation. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. IICRC Certification is a plus, but not required.
