POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Specialist, Technology Enablement reports directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), supporting the planning, coordination, execution, and adoption of enterprise technology initiatives across World Relief. This role bridges business and technology functions by translating organizational priorities into actionable plans, facilitating stakeholder engagement, driving change management efforts, and ensuring technology initiatives deliver measurable business value. The Senior Specialist is responsible for maintaining strategic technology planning processes, coordinating enterprise technology initiatives, managing project intake and business analysis activities, supporting organizational adoption and training efforts, and providing oversight of key performance metrics and reporting. The position plays a critical role in helping establish and mature organizational capabilities including cybersecurity governance, IT service management, enterprise data management, and artificial intelligence adoption. Key FY27 deliverables include completion of a CRM Assessment, Enterprise Data Assessment, and development of the organization's IT Roadmap, while supporting the implementation of foundational programs in cybersecurity, IT service management, and AI enablement.
