# Full-Time Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Alpha Home Health and Hospice

Position: Registered Nurse Location: Evanston, IL Type: Full-time Hours: 7a to 5:30p, Monday to Friday, with call responsibilities including nights and weekends Key Responsibilities Provide direct perioperative care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients, ensuring optimal outcomes Act as a patient advocate, assessing safety concerns in the surgical environment and collaborating with the team Assist in orienting new staff, developing educational programs, and managing supplies and equipment Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an approved nursing program; BSN preferred Valid IL RN license and CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association At least 2 years of perioperative RN experience preferred Basic computer skills required Benefits Include Shift, on-call, and holiday pay; incentive pay for select roles Opportunities for career growth and professional development Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance options Tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and holiday pay Retirement plans with company match and wellness programs Free parking and community involvement opportunities
