Accountant II - III

Kask America is seeking a highly motivated Accountant II or Accountant III to join our Finance team in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving business challenges, and wants to play an active role in supporting company growth. The Accountant will be responsible for a broad range of accounting and financial activities, including month-end close, account reconciliations, financial reporting, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional support of key business operations. Depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated expertise, the position may be filled at either the Accountant II or Accountant III level. What We're Looking For: Strong accounting knowledge and attention to detail Experience with general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting Analytical mindset with a desire to improve processes Ability to collaborate across departments and communicate effectively Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Relevant accounting experience commensurate with Accountant II or III responsibilities Full job descriptions for both positions are attached
