Harmer has partnered with a PE-backed manufacturing/industrials company seeking to hire for position of Senior Financial Analyst for corporate FP&A. Seeking individual who is driven, motivated, and shows self-initiative with ability to excel in a fast-paced environment! HQ Location: Houston Work Model: Full Remote (if located outside of Houston) or Hybrid in Houston office Compensation: Base + Bonus + Benefits Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance 4+ years of corporate FP&A experience Sharp analytical skills Advanced Excel, Power BI, Hyperion and/or Adaptive experience Proven ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting and variance analysis
