What do we expect you to bring? 2+ years working experience required Strong analytical thinking with positive, problem-solving attitude BS degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar fields. Advanced knowledge of MS Office Applications Good communication skills Open for learning and new responsibilities Fluent in English Having knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and ChatGPT. How can you make an impact? Act as a productivity finance partner by monitoring existing productivity initiatives and finding out new productivity opportunities Prepare annual overheads budget in line with strategic priorities of the company and analyze the variance between actual and budget on a monthly basis Prepare monthly management reports OTIF and present monthly results to CFO and other finance colleagues Perform and report function based benchmark analysis with other Allianz OEs and peers in the sector Steward procurement processes by ensuring the delivery of budget and optimization of spending Maintain effective relationships with budget owners What we will offer you?
