Assessment Planning Implementation Evaluation Utilizes the nursing process to identify and meet educational and discharge needs of the patients. Identifies changes in patient's condition and inter-venes appropriately. Job Requirements Required Registered Nurse Graduate with a minimum of 6 months to one year of work experience Registered Nurse: CA Basic Life Support
• CPR Advanced Cardiac Life Support
• ACLS, within 6
• months of employment Preferred One to two years critical care experience Critical RN Adult/Neonatal/Pediatric/Acute Trauma Certified Registered Nurse Certified Neuroscience RN Certified Stroke Registered Nurse Where You'll Work Founded in 1940, Dignity Health
