We’re hiring a Quality Technician at our Corporate Headquarters in Moberly MO, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.  EquipmentShare is searching for a Quality Technician to support our Telematics and Embedded Systems Teams.  The Quality Technician will  focus on audits, analysis of returns, process improvement, issue investigation, and communication. Primary Responsibilities Provide quality planning, control, and improvement support for manufacturing, and product development teams. Perform receiving inspection. Perform outgoing inspection. Test and analyze electronic components and wiring harnesses for incoming product and warranty returns. Investigate product and process quality related issues. Communicate findings with internal/external team members. Perform quality audits for manufacturing and suppliers. Why EquipmentShare? Experience using and understanding quality inspection tools. Education and Experience:  Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in technical field preferred At least 1 year of experience in quality inspection role Experience with or working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management (knowledge of AS9100 or IATF16949 is a plus). Ability to travel for business required (less than 10%). Meticulous attention to detail. Experience using and understanding quality inspection tools. Physical Requirements: Ability to travel for business required (less than 10%). Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
