You will build, operate, troubleshoot, repair, and improve high-temperature industrial systems that directly impact equipment uptime, production quality, and our ability to scale clean critical-metals production. We are looking for someone with strong mechanical instincts, resourcefulness, and the ability to solve unfamiliar equipment and process challenges using operating data, physical evidence, and sound technical judgment.
