Litigation Attorney Wilmington, DE | Flexible Hybrid Compensation: $120,000–$300,000 This opportunity offers a flexible hybrid working model, meaningful responsibility and access to a broad range of sophisticated Delaware litigation. An established Wilmington firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with experience in one or more areas including commercial disputes, Chancery litigation, corporate litigation, general liability, insurance, product liability or regulatory enforcement. Key Responsibilities: Handle complex civil and commercial disputes Draft pleadings, motions, briefs and discovery Take and defend depositions Appear in Delaware state and federal courts Support matters before the Delaware Court of Chancery where relevant Attend mediations, arbitrations and settlement conferences Work directly with clients to assess risk and develop case strategy Prepare cases for trial and participate in hearings and trials Qualifications: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school Delaware Bar admission or a clear route to admission 2+ years of litigation experience Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently Experience in Delaware corporate law, complex commercial litigation or civil defense is welcomed but not essential for every position under consideration.
