Registered Nurse (RN) - Post Surgical

Join our Critical Care Step Down Unit, 7 West, as a Registered Nurse in a fast-paced, full-time role with rotating shifts and weekends. Enjoy up to $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified RNs or $5,000 for new graduates . The unit features advanced technology such as telemetry monitoring, patient lifts, and virtual communication tools. Responsibilities include caring for patients with conditions like Congestive Heart Failure, COPD, DKA, and Sepsis . Key skills involve EKG interpretation, central line care, and assisting with bedside procedures like endoscopies and bronchoscopies . Must demonstrate critical thinking, delegation, and time management . The team collaborates with PCNAs, Nurse Interns, Providers, PT, and OT . The unit has 24 beds . Required qualifications include RN licensure in Ohio, BLS, and ACLS certifications. A BSN is preferred.
