The Target Dossier The Sovereign Elite: A brilliant 4-year-old male who speaks fluent English and loves to chat, but is currently dealing with some moderate-to-severe behavioral plot twists. He needs someone steady who can navigate the storms with him. The Hidden Base: Direct, in-person impact at his Home base in Yonkers, NY (Zip Code: 10701). The Chrono-Commitment: You'll be locked in for 25 hours per week, with all missions launching after 3:30 PM.
