Description E.H. Wolf & Sons Slinger, WI Full-Time Hourly In-Office $21/hr | Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. | 401(k) match from day one Since 1941, E.H. Wolf & Sons has been a family-owned supplier of fuel, lubricants and fluid management solutions to businesses across Wisconsin, Upper Michigan and the Midwest. We’re looking for a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative to help our fuel customers by phone and email, take orders and make sure deliveries happen on time. If you enjoy helping people and keeping details straight, we’d love to meet you. What You’ll Do Help customers by phone, email and online chat with questions, information and fuel orders Keep customer accounts and information up to date in our system Watch automatic-delivery customers’ needs so their fuel arrives on time Enter and update customer pricing Set up fuel contracts and track how many gallons customers have used Keep our fuel delivery trucks’ maintenance and inspection schedules on track Back up teammates in the department when they’re out Schedule Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. You’re done by mid-afternoon, and your weekends are yours. Requirements Required High school diploma or equivalent Customer service experience Clear, professional communication by phone, email and in writing Strong organization and time management skills Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software Able to solve problems and calmly handle customer concerns Preferred Experience working in an office setting Experience taking orders, scheduling or dispatching Experience in fuel, propane, transportation or distribution Physical Requirements Sitting at a desk and working on a computer for long periods Occasionally lifting up to 15 pounds After you apply, you’ll receive a link to a short online assessment.
