Role Description The Store Manager role at Starbucks in Stamford, CT is a full-time, on-site position responsible for leading store operations and partner teams. Day-to-day tasks include managing staffing, scheduling, and training, overseeing customer service standards, and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment. The Store Manager monitors store performance, including sales, inventory, and retail loss prevention, and implements initiatives to drive results. This role also involves coaching partners, fostering an inclusive culture, resolving customer concerns, and upholding Starbucks policies and brand standards. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to create a welcoming experience and resolve customer concerns effectively. Demonstrated Store Management experience, including team leadership, scheduling, and daily operational oversight. Excellent Communication skills to provide clear direction, give feedback, and collaborate with partners and leadership. Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to protect company assets and maintain compliance with store policies. Previous retail or food service leadership experience preferred, with the ability to manage a fast-paced environment. Ability to coach and develop team members, promoting an inclusive and supportive workplace. Comfort with basic business metrics, such as sales, labor, and inventory management. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
