Company Description Tumba Sisli Vadi Konaklamalı Orman Parkı operates Sisli Vadi Forest Park, a nature-focused hospitality destination offering 11 accommodation units, including 5 fixed structures and 6 tiny houses. Located on 170 acres of forest land at an altitude of 1100 meters near Kartepe, the park provides a high-oxygen environment ideal for relaxation and outdoor activities. Each 20-square-meter unit features central floor heating, an automatic pellet fireplace, private bathroom, kitchenette, Wi-Fi, TV, mini fridge, fire detector, phone to reception, and security cameras. Guests also enjoy access to Sisli Vadi Restaurant and a snowtubing track, with winter activities and scenic views. The park is just 12 km from Maşukiye, making it easily accessible while retaining a tranquil, nature-oriented atmosphere. Role Description Investor Partner role is a full-time hybrid position based in Kartepe, with flexibility for some work-from-home activities. This role involves contributing capital and strategic input to support the growth and long-term sustainability of the forest park and accommodation business. The Investor Partner will collaborate on financial planning, budgeting, and investment decisions, monitor operational performance, and participate in evaluating new projects, partnerships, and expansion opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing financial reports, attending strategy meetings with the management team, overseeing key development initiatives, and ensuring that investments align with the brand’s nature-focused and guest-centered vision. The role also includes building relationships with potential investors, business partners, and local stakeholders to strengthen the park’s market presence. Qualifications Strong background in investment, finance, or business development, with experience evaluating and managing hospitality or tourism projects. Skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, including the ability to interpret reports and support data-driven decisions. Strategic planning and partnership management abilities, with a focus on long-term value creation and sustainable growth. Experience in operations oversight or project management, ideally within lodging, resort, or nature-based tourism environments. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with owners, managers, and external stakeholders. Comfort working in a hybrid model, including regular on-site presence in Kartepe and remote coordination when appropriate. Understanding of local market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and environmental considerations related to forest and mountain tourism is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Tourism Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or prior entrepreneurial experience are a plus.
