Family Practice Physician

Role: Primary Care Physician in a Family Medicine setting, with or without Obstetrics (OB), focusing on patient-centered care within a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities: Lead a Care Team including MDs, NPs, PAs, RNs, LPNs, and staff to deliver comprehensive healthcare services. Provide acute, chronic, and preventive care to improve patient health. Work within Care Processes to enhance outcomes and coordinate with multiple specialties across six local facilities. Maintain a schedule of 32-36 patient contact hours weekly, seeing approximately 18 patients daily. Opportunities available for OB practice and office procedures. Qualifications & Skills: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. Strong team collaboration, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to deliver high-quality, patient-focused care in a community setting. Key Duties: Leading healthcare delivery, managing a diverse patient panel, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a regional network including clinics and hospitals.
