General Manager - Santa Clara

JETSET Pilates is a modern, music-driven Pilates brand redefining the boutique fitness experience. The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the studio, leading a high-performing team while driving operational excellence, membership growth, and an exceptional client experience. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines business management with active instruction and community engagement. General Managers are expected to complete the JETSET Instructor Training Academy Program, teach an average of 6-8 eight classes per week, and maintain an active in-studio presence during a minimum of 25 class times per week. This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at JETSET Pilates • Rivermark. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the studio, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. They will also be responsible for implementing marketing strategies, tracking expenses, payroll inputs, and vendor spend; operate within the approved budget and escalate variances for Owner approval and  budgets, and maintain a positive and motivating studio environment.
