We're looking for a Director of AI to lead the architecture and technical vision of our next-generation Enterprise AI Platform for a large, globally operating organization. You'll drive the design and delivery of production-grade Multi-Agent AI solutions that will power AI capabilities across multiple business domains, collaborating with international teams and shaping AI strategy at a global scale. What You'll Do Define the architecture and technical roadmap of our Enterprise AI Platform. Design and scale production-ready Multi-Agent AI systems. Lead architecture decisions for LLM applications, RAG/GraphRAG and AI infrastructure. Ensure platform scalability, security, observability and cost optimization. Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership across AI initiatives. What We're Looking For 10+ years of software engineering experience with significant expertise in AI/LLM technologies. Director, Principal, Staff Engineer or AI Architect level experience. Proven experience delivering production-grade LLM applications. Strong hands-on experience with LangGraph , Multi-Agent orchestration, Tool Calling, Memory Management and Structured Outputs. Experience building complex Multi-Agent systems (15+ agents) in production. Expertise in RAG, GraphRAG, Knowledge Graphs and Vector Databases (Qdrant, Pinecone, etc.). Strong Python and FastAPI experience. Experience with vLLM, Ollama or similar model serving technologies. Knowledge of AI observability and evaluation tools such as Langfuse.
