ICU Registered Nurse - Nights

Role Overview: This position involves providing direct patient care in an ICU setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing activities. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, education on managing illness or injury, and participation in safety, quality, and regulatory activities. Nurses will develop and communicate individualized care plans, assess physical and psychosocial needs, and address patient preferences and barriers. Responsibilities: Promote a healing environment through patient and family education. Ensure safety, quality, and compliance while engaging in professional development. Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement care plans. Assess and evaluate patient needs across physical, emotional, spiritual, and cultural domains. Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness at all times. Qualifications: Valid RN license; Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
