Location Description The Troy, Alabama plant produces peanut butter, with annual production of approximately 78 million pounds. The site supports a team of more than 130 manufacturing and support employees. Troy is a growing community in southeast Alabama and is home to Troy University, one of the largest universities in the state. The university brings energy, cultural opportunities, and community engagement to the area. Responsibilities About the Role As a Human Resources Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience at our manufacturing facility. You will partner closely with plant leadership to drive people strategies that support business goals while fostering a safe, inclusive, and high-performing environment. From talent acquisition to employee engagement, you’ll lead a full range of HR initiatives that make a meaningful impact—helping our teams grow, innovate, and thrive. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred) 3–5 years of HR leadership experience, preferred in manufacturing Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
