Competitive pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour Flexible scheduling with a variety of caregiver shifts based on client needs and availability Streamlined hiring process with virtual interviews available $150 Commitment Bonus after 30 days and maintaining committed availability Paid Orientation and training Health insurance and 401(k) available after one year for employees who meet eligibility requirements Ongoing caregiver training and professional support Employee appreciation Your Role as a Caregiver Provide compassionate, one-on-one caregiver support tailored to each client Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs) Provide companionship and meaningful engagement Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping Follow individualized care plans and communicate client updates Position Requirements Minimum 1 year of professional or personal caregiving experience Compassionate, dependable, and committed to provide quality caregiver support Authorized to work in the United States Ability to pass background check and drug screening Current TB clearance and CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain; cost assistance available Home Care Aide (HCA) registration required.
