In this role, you will be part of the manufacturing HR team, supporting daily HR operations and contributing to core HR processes in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will work closely with both blue-collar and white-collar employees and partner with line managers on people-related topics. What will be your key deliverables? Support the implementation and execution of HR strategies and processes including recruitment, performance management, compensation, training & development, and career planning, reporting to the HR Manager Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and systems Ensure high-quality HR service delivery in alignment with organizational objectives Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to increase the efficiency of HR operations Monitor and support training and development processes Support disciplinary processes and employee relations cases when needed Contribute to talent management and promotion processes for factory employees What do you need for this role? Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations and Labor Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Sociology, or a closely related field. At least 1 year of experience in HR functions. Good command of English is preferred. Analytical thinking with solid reporting skills Strong planning and organizational abilities Experience in a manufacturing environment and exposure to union processes is an asset Familiarity with SAP HR and/or Workday is preferred Our values We bring happiness with every bite.
