Role Description The Customer Service Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Katy, TX. This role is responsible for greeting customers, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing clear information about services, estimates, and repair timelines. The Customer Service Specialist supports the service team by updating customers on vehicle status, coordinating drop-offs and pick-ups, and ensuring a smooth and efficient front-desk experience. Daily tasks include managing customer records, handling payments, addressing questions or concerns, and following up to ensure satisfaction with completed services. The role works closely with technicians and service advisors to deliver a professional, friendly, and trustworthy customer experience aligned with the company’s values. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to interact effectively with guests and build long-term relationships. Candidates should possess Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure a positive outcome for each visit. Candidates should possess professional Phone Etiquette skills to manage calls, schedule appointments, and communicate clearly and courteously. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain services and repair details in an accessible manner. Ability to work on-site full-time, manage multiple tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Experience in automotive service, retail, or other customer-facing roles is preferred but not required. Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale or scheduling systems are beneficial. Commitment to integrity, reliability, and teamwork, with a customer-first mindset.
