Job Description Managing claims processes arising from Hull, Cargo, P&I and other marine insurance lines, Managing and following up claim files end-to-end, from initial notification through to final settlement, Ensuring effective communication and coordination with insureds, insurance companies, surveyors, lawyers and international markets, Ensuring that claims processes progress accurately and in a timely manner, while keeping all relevant parties regularly informed, Preparing claims-related reports and managing documentation processes when required. General Qualifications Graduate of a relevant university department, Preferably a minimum of 7-8 years of experience in this field, Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, Good command of English, Team-oriented and solution-focused.
