• Complete each vehicle with precision — drying, vacuuming, and detailing to meet our high standard every time. Obsess over the details
• Spotless windows, clean interiors, shining wheels and tires — every car, every time, no exceptions. Catch it and fix it
• Notice what others miss and flag issues proactively instead of passing them along. Your eye for quality protects our standard. Create a great customer moment
• Engage at vehicle handoff, ensure satisfaction, and leave a lasting positive impression — every car is someone's pride and joy. Move with speed and purpose
