Landscape Laborer

VA / NC Job Description Job Type: Full-time Kotarides Property Management is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a Landscape Laborer for our rapidly growing company. The Landscape Laborer will assist in the landscape needs for apartment communities, commercial properties, and new construction. Qualifications Must have a desire to learn the landscape trade and excel in the work to be performed. Landscape maintenance experience preferred but not required. Ability to learn from supervisors and apply logical thinking to define and solve problems. Position requires ability to perform physical all day including heavy lifting. Must be available on weekends for staffing needs and emergencies (ex: snow removal). May be required to perform work onsite with jobs outside a landscape scope of work. Out of state, overnight travel occasionally. Must be able to travel to any property on a day-to-day basis.
