# Financial Advisor

RoShay Services

Role: Financial Advisor responsible for developing client relationships, providing advice, and supporting clients in achieving financial goals and estate planning needs. Key Responsibilities Drive market growth, revenue, and profitability. Communicate the firm’s value proposition and advice-based services. Develop client relationships through internal and external referral sources. Collaborate with teams including Financial Planning, Brokerage, Trust, Insurance, and Family Office. Conduct client meetings, annual reviews, and adjust recommendations based on financial objectives. Stay informed on market trends and investment solutions. Engage in community activities to foster business development. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 4+ years in the Financial Services industry. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university. Licenses: Series 7, and either 66 or 63/65; Life & Health certifications. Strong consultative sales and business development skills. Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
