Registered Nurse - Circulating Operating Room - Full-Time Days

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Nurse to join our team, providing high-quality, safe patient care in a clinical environment supported by leadership and evidence-based practices. Key Responsibilities Include Performing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) using evidence-based practice and critical thinking Delivering patient-centered, culturally sensitive care in collaboration with patients and families Partnering with interdisciplinary teams through effective communication and documentation Supporting performance improvement initiatives and participating in shared governance Serving as a preceptor or mentor to foster a skilled and professional nursing workforce Promoting research, evidence-based practice, and adherence to organizational policies and safety standards Proactively planning patient care across the continuum and contributing to protocol development to enhance outcomes Qualifications And Skills Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma; Bachelor’s preferred Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact) Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS required upon hire Join us to work in an environment where your contributions are valued, supporting your professional growth and making a meaningful impact in healthcare.
