Financial Analyst

Our client is a private equity-backed organization in the healthcare industry and is looking to bring on a Financial Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical professional looking to expand their FP&A experience while partnering directly with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities across the organization Prepare financial analyses, variance reporting, and KPI dashboards to drive business decisions Analyze operational and financial trends, identifying opportunities for improvement Assist with monthly reporting packages and executive-level presentations Partner with business leaders across departments to provide financial insights and recommendations Contribute to process improvements, reporting enhancements, and ad hoc financial projects Support internal audit requests and ensure adherence to established controls and procedures Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field required Master's degree or MBA preferred 1+ year of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, or related analytical roles (must include budgeting and forecasting) Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis Advanced Excel skills required ERP or financial reporting system experience preferred Strong communication and presentation skills with the confidence to interact with executives and senior leadership Highly organized with strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
