# Debt Finance Senior Associate

Lewis & Associates

We are seeking a senior associate to join the Debt Finance department with a well known national law firm. The qualified candidates will have 5 – 6 years of experience in syndicated, club and single lender financing, as well as excellent academic credentials, writing, and extensive law firm work experience. Ability to work well with a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high activity environment with diverse people Strong organizational skills Ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams Excellent judgment, attention to detail and ability to work independently are a must Ability to handle ambiguity, juggle many matters at once and quickly shift from one situation or task to another LEW I S & ASSOCIATES is a leader in providing Legal and Administrative staffing services.
