Job Overview: We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join a custom development team supporting the HRIS domain. The team includes managers, architects, software engineers, technical analysts, and business stakeholders. This position will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and supporting scalable enterprise applications throughout the full software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with C#, .NET Core, Azure services, microservices, APIs, databases, event-driven systems, cloud storage, resiliency, and CI/CD pipelines. Airline industry experience is a plus. Required: 7–9 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Full Stack Developer. Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET Core. Experience developing microservices, backend integrations, and REST APIs. Experience with Azure Functions and Microsoft Azure services. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Cosmos DB SQL API. Experience with event and data movement technologies such as: Azure Event Hubs MQ Apache Kafka Azure Data Factory Experience with cloud and enterprise data storage, including: Azure Blob Storage NAS Azure File Shares Knowledge of resiliency, disaster recovery, autoscaling, replication, and multi-region architectures. Experience creating and maintaining CI/CD build and release pipelines. Experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub. Strong understanding of the complete software development lifecycle. Preferred: Experience working in the airline or transportation industry. Experience supporting HRIS or other large enterprise business applications. Experience with highly available and distributed cloud platforms. Experience working with Agile development teams. Familiarity with automated testing, code reviews, and production support processes. Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, deploy, and support full stack enterprise applications. Build backend services, microservices, APIs, and Azure Functions using C# and .NET Core. Develop integrations between applications, databases, messaging systems, and external services. Collaborate with engineers, architects, technical analysts, project managers, product owners, technical leads, and business teams. Work across the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. Build solutions that support high availability, resiliency, disaster recovery, scalability, and multi-region environments. Implement data movement and event-driven solutions using Event Hubs, MQ, Kafka, and Azure Data Factory. Develop and maintain CI/CD build and release pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub. Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement reliable long-term solutions. Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, testing, and development standards.
