# Customer Service Rep (01435) - 7924 Fegenbush Ln

Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative at our 7924 Fegenbush Ln location in Louisville, United States. We're seeking a friendly, efficient, and customer-focused professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating positive experiences for every customer. In this role, you'll be the voice of our organization, handling customer inquiries with professionalism and care while maintaining our commitment to quality and excellence. Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining a warm, welcoming tone Process cash and credit card transactions with precision and attention to detail Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer concerns, answering questions, and resolving issues with empathy and decisiveness Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak periods and support colleagues as needed Maintain a clean, organized work environment that reflects our commitment to quality standards Prepare items according to company standards and specifications Handle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs. as part of daily responsibilities Demonstrate resilience and flexibility in adapting to changing priorities and customer needs Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support team goals Qualifications Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with customers and team members Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. regularly Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and genuine enthusiasm for helping others Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Active listening skills and empathetic approach to understanding customer needs Problem-solving abilities and composure when handling challenging situations Team player mentality with a collaborative spirit and willingness to support colleagues Reliability, punctuality, and strong organizational skills Adaptability to learning new systems and processes quickly Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required Food handling experience is a plus Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
