Finance Supervisor

We are looking for a Finance Supervisor to join our business partner and take responsibility for the day-to-day management of finance operations. Responsibilities Manage daily finance operations, including cash flow, payments, collections, and banking transactions Monitor cash flow and liquidity requirements and ensure effective cash management Manage banking operations and maintain direct communication with banks Manage and follow up on credit processes and banking facilities Oversee leasing operations and related financial processes Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, current accounts, and supplier processes Prepare payment lists and coordinate supplier payments Manage end-to-end collection and payment processes Coordinate employee salary payments and follow up on statutory payments, including enforcement, penalties, and other legal obligations Prepare financial reports and analyze financial data to support business decisions Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across finance operations Coordinate finance activities with different teams and locations Foreign Trade & Banking Manage and follow up on finance-related import and export processes Handle IBKB (Certificate of Foreign Exchange Purchase) processes, particularly for import transactions Manage foreign currency-related banking transactions Experience with foreign currency loans and/or EXIM processes is considered an advantage Team Management Allocate tasks, monitor workloads, and ensure effective execution of daily finance operations Guide and support team members to achieve operational objectives Coordinate finance activities across different teams and locations Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance operations Hands-on experience in cash flow management, banking operations, payments, collections, and current account management Proven experience in managing bank relationships and credit processes Experience in leasing operations Minimum 2 years of team management experience Experience in import and export-related financial processes Experience with IBKB processes is highly preferred Experience with foreign currency loans and/or EXIM is an advantage Strong financial reporting and analytical skills Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel Good command of English, both written and spoken Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills Ability to communicate effectively with different teams and adapt communication style to different stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Organized, detail-oriented, and results-oriented approach Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong ownership and ability to work independently LinkedIn üzerinden elektronik olarak ileteceğiniz kişisel bilgileriniz, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ve ilgili mevzuat çerçevesinde, ManpowerGroup Türkiye tarafından yalnızca Şirketimizden talep ettiğiniz hizmetlerin sunulabilmesi ve bu hizmetlerin sürekliliğinin sağlanması amaçlarıyla saklanabilecek, işlenebilecek ve verilen servisin gerektirdiği hallerde yurtiçinde ve yurtdışında yerleşik 3. kişilerle paylaşılabilecek olup, kişisel verileriniz hiçbir şekilde hukuka ve dürüstlük kuralına aykırı şekilde başkaları ile paylaşılmayacak ve işleme sebebi dışında başka amaçlarla kullanılmayacaktır.
