# Tax Manager

• Lower Fairfield County Compensation : $150K-$200K + bonus + profit sharing Job Summary: This hybrid role blends remote work with in-office collaboration for real work-life balance in a firm known for it's family-first culture and tenured staff. This role offers a 2-3 year partner track opportunity with immediate leadership visibility

You'll manage tax compliance and advisory work for a diverse client base: preparing and reviewing returns, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting client planning. With no rigid corporate structure, you'll have direct client interaction and real decision-making authority. You'll also mentor junior staff, delegate tasks, and help shape how the team's workflow runs. Strong technical tax knowledge, sharp communication skills, and comfort with deadlines are essential.
