Role Description The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Paragould, AR. This role is responsible for administering day-to-day HR activities, including onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and supporting recruitment and hiring workflows. The specialist will help implement and communicate HR policies, coordinate employee benefits, and assist with performance management and personnel-related documentation. Additional responsibilities include responding to employee inquiries, supporting compliance with employment laws and company standards, and collaborating with managers to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Qualifications Demonstrated knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices. Experience with HR Management and Personnel Management responsibilities. Ability to interpret, implement, and maintain HR Policies. Understanding of Employee Benefits administration and coordination. Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity. Proficiency with HRIS or HR-related software and basic office applications. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of federal and Arkansas state employment regulations is preferred.
