Senior Technical Recruiter – Engineering

Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter – Engineering to help build the engineering organization behind Velaura’s next generation of AI compute platforms. This role will own recruiting across a broad range of highly technical engineering disciplines spanning computer and SoC architecture, RTL design, design verification, physical design, emulation, system software, firmware, packaging, board design and silicon bring-up. You will work directly with engineering leaders and hiring managers to understand the technical capabilities required, identify exceptional candidates, and drive searches from initial talent mapping and sourcing through offer and close. The ideal candidate has recruited deeply technical engineering talent in semiconductors, AI compute, systems software, or adjacent industries and is comfortable engaging with candidates whose backgrounds span the full hardware/software stack. This is a hands-on recruiting role. You will be expected to build networks, source passive candidates, understand the technical landscape, and help Velaura compete for some of the most sought-after engineering talent in the industry.
