Company Description Servo Capital Advisors is a corporate finance firm based in Istanbul, Türkiye, specializing in operational turnarounds, financial restructurings, financing arrangements, and mergers and acquisitions. The firm partners with international investment banks and advisory companies to provide strategic and financial guidance to enhance performance and value. In addition to advisory services, Servo Capital Advisors invests its own capital in single asset infrastructure private equity transactions. These investments are made alongside global infrastructure funds and family offices in Türkiye and Saudi Arabia, offering exposure to regional growth opportunities for clients and stakeholders. Role Description The Investment Banking Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Istanbul, Türkiye. The associate will support transaction execution across financial restructurings, financing arrangements, restructurings, and M&A deals including creating and supervising financial models and preparation of client presentations. The Associate will be involved in financial document negotiation, coordination of due diligence, work with lawyers, accountants, and other advisors, act as the bridge between junior staff and senior bankers. While vice presidents and directors lead most client relationships, associates will conduct client calls and meetings, provide updates during transaction and build relationships with client finance teams. Qualifications Be a good person Have 3-6 years experience Proficiency in Financial Modeling and Valuation, including cash flow analysis, comparable company and transaction analyses. Experience in finance and/or M&A documentation and Due Diligence. Relevant academic background in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA) is an advantage. Prior experience in investment banking, project finance, corporate finance, private equity, valuation advisory or transaction advisory is preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare clear, concise materials for clients and internal stakeholders. High level of attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and readiness to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Fluency in English; proficiency in Turkish and/or Chinese/Arabic is beneficial.
