Agent Product Manager

Clera

ABOUT THE ROLE As an Agent Product Manager at a company building AI software for hospitality, you will coordinate closely with customers, sales, and engineering. The role is primarily customer-facing, with a focus on understanding operational workflows, building repeatable AI agents, and turning customer needs into product improvements. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Lead customer onboarding, refinement, optimization, and business review calls to support retention and growth. • Build and deploy AI agents for customer workflows, using AI coding assistants to scope and prototype solutions. • Identify shared customer needs and translate them into prioritized feature requests for engineering. • Partner with engineering to resolve blockers and define new agent capabilities. • Automate routine work and improve the efficiency of customer-facing processes. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • At least 3 years of experience in product management, operations, or a customer-facing technical role delivering customer solutions. • Hands-on experience building automations or workflows with scripting, RPA, no-code tools, or similar approaches. • Ability to scope technical requirements and turn customer needs into implementable specifications. • Experience managing customer relationships and leading calls for onboarding, support, or business reviews. • Comfort using AI coding assistants to prototype or build solutions, and prioritizing automation versus engineering work across customer requests. • Experience with non-technical customers is valuable; hospitality, travel, customer service, or workflow automation platform experience is a plus. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base salary is $120,000 to $210,000 annually, with 0.15% to 0.60% equity, comprehensive health insurance, and a 401(k) match. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in San Francisco, California.
